• The service was established as an initiative of the New South Wales Government to assist people affected by problem gambling.

HELP FOR THE PROBLEM GAMBLER

Most people have a flutter, but for some people, gambling gets out of control and starts to mess up their lives. The gambler than tries to hide the problems and take even bigger risks hoping to get out of trouble. Fear and lies start to create bad feelings with family and friends. Everyone involved is suffering. By now gambling can seem the only relief and comfort a gambler can get from life. Things go from bad to worse.

G-line provides co-ordinated referral and support to people who are experiencing gambling-related  problems. G-line is a crisis counselling and referral service providing information on how and where to get financial, legal and face-to-face  counselling for people affected by problem gambling.
